Coney Island Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest

Happy 4th of July!!!

Joey Chestnut won his sixth straight Nathan's Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island, swallowing a record tying 68 dogs in 10 minutes.

After the competition Joey said, "Let's be frank...this was a serious dog fight. Next year I will eat 70 hot dogs."


Sonya Thomas wolfed down 45 hot dogs to break her record to win the women's title.
